Need Help w/ Reducing My Dilated Pupils

I have not taken any drugs in four months and my pupils are always huge.

In dim lighting if people look at my eyes they think I'm high on something,
at night its even worse, when in fact I haven't done anything.

I do drink excessive amounts of alcohol almost every other day and suffer from insomnia, but i don't think that would cause my pupils to dilate so much that it looks like I'm on LSD all the time.

Is there anything that i can take that would constrict my pupils besides opiates?

Do your eyes contract when you go into bright lights? Do you find the glare from sunshine too bright/overpowering? Have they always been like that?

Having massive pupils can be a sign of many things - a quick visit to the doctors would be the best advice.

They do contract but i also do find the glare from sunshine too bright & overpowering.
They have not always been like this, only after taking substances this started. My eyes were always more dilated than my friends though, now that i recall, when on anything and everything that dilates the pupils. Thanks for the advice.
